Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made directly through the HomeyHomes website or via official HomeyHomes communication channels, unless otherwise stated in the individual booking confirmation.

 

2. Cancellation by the Guest

Refunds depend on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled check-in date:Up to 14 days before check-in:100% refund of the booking amount.13 to 7 days before check-in:50% refund of the booking amount.Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show:No refund.Non-refundable rates or special offers are excluded from refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.

 

3. Early Departure

In case of early departure after check-in, no refund will be issued for unused nights, unless HomeyHomes agrees otherwise in writing.

 

4. Cancellation by HomeyHomes

If HomeyHomes must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical issues, force majeure), the guest will receive a full refund of all payments made. Further claims for compensation are excluded.

 

5. Payment Method & Processing

TimeRefunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

 

6. Third-Party Bookings

Bookings made via third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com) are subject exclusively to the refund and cancellation policies of the respective platform.
