Refund Policy

1. Scope

This refund policy applies to all bookings made directly through the HomeyHomes website or through official HomeyHomes communication channels, unless otherwise stipulated in the respective booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation by the guest

The amount of a refund depends on when the cancellation is made before the scheduled arrival date: Up to 14 days before arrival: 100% refund of the booking amount. 13 to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the booking amount. Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: No refund. Non-refundable rates or special offers are excluded from a refund if this was explicitly stated at the time of booking.

3. Early departure

In the event of early departure after check-in, there is no entitlement to a refund for unused nights unless HomeyHomes expressly agrees to a refund in writing.

4. Cancellation by HomeyHomes

If HomeyHomes has to cancel a booking due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., technical defects, force majeure), the guest will be fully refunded all payments made. Further claims for damages are excluded.

5. Refund method and processing time

Refunds are generally issued via the original payment method. Processing can take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Bookings via third-party providers

For bookings made through third-party providers or booking platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com), the respective cancellation and refund policies of the respective platform apply exclusively.
